Acceptable use policy

Disposi provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving mail, useful for signups, testing, and avoiding spam in your primary inbox. By using this service you agree to the following.

What's not allowed

• Using Disposi addresses to register accounts for the purpose of fraud, harassment, or evading a ban.
• Sending mail through this service. Disposi is receive-only, it never relays or sends outbound mail on your behalf.
• Automated bulk scraping of inboxes beyond the documented, rate-limited public API.
• Any activity that violates the law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where Disposi is hosted.

How data is handled

• Messages are automatically and permanently deleted after 3 days.
• Inboxes with no activity for 3 days are deleted along with any remaining messages.
• Addresses are not password-protected, anyone who knows or guesses an address can read its mail. Don't use Disposi for anything sensitive.
• We don't log message bodies or subjects in plaintext server logs.

Custom domains

Anyone can point a domain's MX record at Disposi and receive mail on it anonymously. Verified domain ownership (via a DNS TXT record) is only required to manage a domain from the dashboard, it does not restrict who can receive mail on an already-online domain.

Reporting abuse

If you believe an address is being used to harass you, impersonate you, or commit fraud, use the report form. We review reports manually and may block addresses or domains at our discretion.
